這裡應該是同樣指封裝的上表面。可能用Symbol 比較好區別。

2. Junction to Case 和Junction to Package Top有啥区别？
正如上面超級狗所列，是兩種不同測試標準。為何有那麼多？因為每個測試方法的熱阻參數都不一定與你實際系統完全相同，可以取較為相近的來用，比如在自然對流又沒有散熱的情況，就可以取Psi JT熱阻，可能比較相近一些，但還是會有差異，因為測試用的PCB的管腳銲接的情況與實際的板子還是有所不同，由管腳散掉的熱可能會有一點差異。
