    ) p& S& C8 B/ F: ~a four-ball wafer chip-scale package (WCSP). The
    ! p1 v7 z1 R( k4 L" KZCC103 is capable of reading temperatures to a
    / o, _/ {' h2 C: Z# k7 yresolution of 1°C.
    / h3 p& B) D- h& P6 {The ZCC103 features a two-wire interface that is

    access (MDA) commands that allow the master to

    Up to eight ZCC103s can be tied together in parallel

    especially suitable for space-constrained, power-5 Z% |7 x0 \% d- u5 X- i. u
    sensitive applications with multiple temperature

    temperature range of –40°C to 125°C
