The ZCC1005 is a high voltage, non-synchronous
step-down converter operates over a wide range
input voltage

, _7 c) w; a! g9 w- [integrates a 100-V 400-mΩ high-side MOSFET.
The ZCC1005 delivers 1.5A continuous load
" E2 D1 J4 \4 y! F" ~current with up to 95% efficiency. The ZCC1005
operates with fixed frequency peak current control
7 R  {7 C3 R" `( a% k' [7 owith built-in compensation eliminates the need for
external components.
Cycle-by-cycle current limit in high-side MOSFET
protects the converter in an overload condition.
+ P/ x# \; ?: bHiccup mode protection is triggered if the

the present time.
