The ZCC1001E is a high voltage, non-synchronous
step-down converter operates over a wide range
input voltage 9V to 100V. The ZCC1001E
integrates a 120-V 400-mΩ high-side MOSFET.
% O9 }; W" n7 dThe ZCC1001E delivers 1A continuous load
current with up to 95% efficiency. The ZCC1001E
* a# z/ c& @) |) u6 A4 A8 n- woperates with fixed frequency peak current control
5 T# W' j1 y9 ?# R% V6 Lwith built-in compensation eliminates the need for
6 g; X: z- S: t% e; C1 [" Aexternal components.
Cycle-by-cycle current limit in high-side MOSFET

Hiccup mode protection is triggered if the over
