    3 Description
    ! [9 y! ?8 V! }" K; a4 z! dThe ZCC103 is a digital output temperature sensor in
    9 y0 a8 M& o1 Z/ R# i7 {" H9 ma four-ball wafer chip-scale package (WCSP). The
    6 G% g' U" y, `; S3 U" zZCC103 is capable of reading temperatures to a4 J' U4 U# ^" n& z' S
    resolution of 1°C.
    8 t% _; @; `2 v3 C" h! Q3 I- SThe ZCC103 features a two-wire interface that is
    * J5 q" |- n# s+ O2 `- Lcompatible with both I2C and SMBus interfaces. In" I$ z, v# t8 k6 b" f8 L" C
    addition, the interface supports multiple device
    # a" O' q3 w' [8 x% c) {* y) paccess (MDA) commands that allow the master to
    * D0 F  L. w! I/ X& G( gcommunicate with multiple devices on the bus
    ) U) z+ k6 i- d+ k% g$ S; ~( X$ osimultaneously, eliminating the need to send" R+ z9 l6 X9 o& _& g' m
    individual commands to each ZCC103 on the bus.
    / c) V; @8 E: Y$ J, HUp to eight ZCC103s can be tied together in parallel9 w$ N4 V+ h, o2 `1 T9 y0 i9 n
    and easily read by the host. The ZCC103 is
      ^9 P3 ~5 u& O) gespecially suitable for space-constrained, power-
    $ H+ J4 t: Z- O' d2 Qsensitive applications with multiple temperature
    ) h9 G$ N: L% g6 Cmeasurement zones that must be monitored.
