3 Description
The ZCC103 is a digital output temperature sensor in
7 w  C3 A" ^' T& Ba four-ball wafer chip-scale package (WCSP). The
9 L* Z+ y6 z  p- u) N% T8 _ZCC103 is capable of reading temperatures to a
resolution of 1°C.
4 t3 o4 m; x. M2 ]! p# k. eThe ZCC103 features a two-wire interface that is
6 O' f) _) s( G6 ?# m0 y+ @compatible with both I2C and SMBus interfaces. In
) c; C- k; s4 I- a: L, vaddition, the interface supports multiple device
access (MDA) commands that allow the master to

simultaneously, eliminating the need to send
