) E% K0 [* o5 c: DThe ZCC2467 is a high frequency step-down switching regulator with integrated
internal high-side, high voltage power MOSFET. It provides 3.0A output with
$ ~; N% ~2 L# S% qcurrent mode control for fast loop response and easy compensation.
2 f8 M7 X3 c) O+ K# U9 _The wide 6V to 40V input range accommodates a variety of step-down
8 n) z7 Q6 B8 T3 _0 b* A% O$ D6 T6 Yapplications, including those in automotive systems. A 100μA operational
quiescent current allows use in battery-powered applications.
; m1 }; _3 ]! O! rHigh power conversion efficiency over a wide load range is achieved by
# I7 Z" J9 d4 dscaling down the switching frequency at light load condition to reduce the
switching and gate driving losses.
The frequency foldback prevents inductor current runaway during startup and
thermal shutdown provides reliable, fault tolerant operation.
