ZCC6982 is a highly integrated synchronous boost
1 A& W% N. c& x# F- J3 h) lcharger IC for Lithium-ion batteries with four cells in
0 [) w: ]3 Y1 z/ jseries . The charge current up to 2A can be
programmed by using the external resistor for different
portable applications.
Robust protections include input over-voltage
0 R, A' A3 \" Q4 gprotection (OVP), battery OVP, battery short protection,
thermal shut down, battery temperature monitor, a
3 m3 I+ x# ]9 r9 K4 l5 dconfigurable timer to prevent prolonged charging of a
dead battery.
