The ZCC6908HV is a Low-Drop Diode Emulator IC that, combined with an external
9 b1 `0 \7 C: gswitch, replaces Schottky diodes in high-efficiency Flyback converters. The chip
& O) \% s* l$ }regulates the forward drop of an external Synchronous Rectifier (SR) MOSFET to

can generate its own supply voltage for battery charging applications with low output5 n p" }* k, D5 _
voltage or high side rectification applications. A programmable ringing detection
