后仿真求助

小弟用cadence的PCB SI做一个XNET后仿真时，查看波形的时候总是出现错误：

! ]+ `" f& Q; a9 |& n. e我GOOGLE了一下，在那里有个解决方案：
$ r, K$ H' N- M" W& |! ITo resolve this issue, edit mcmat.dat, SILICON_NITRIDE,adding the missing value of
"6.0" for DIELECTRIC, as shown below.

: u- a' V& K  a, r: C, \我但是我的mcmat.dat文件里，设置的DIELECTRIC本来就是6.0.
