现在需求为,先通过newrb神经网络算法建立预测模型。0 Z0 W1 n7 H$ E# U3 w- k, V
再通过粒子群算法求取T和Y的最大值(暨最优解)" t- e( D! ^6 p% k+ O' L

目前已经建立了神经网络算法的模型。+ j3 v+ N$ M7 c, e& Q, r
问题:
