PADS 软件在layout的Decel Edit里面出现No selected items or they must be processed with pin pair and parts，重装软件也不行.

解决办法,可能兄台也是个英语不是很好的朋友，经常运行金山词霸或Lingous之类的软件,导致与PADS冲突，把金山词霸关掉
