通过JTAG识别，但是却下载不了程序怎么办！！！

启动模式M2/1/0设置的是SPI模式吗，ISE的信息说bit文件下载进去了，但是DONE没有拉高。

MODE管脚的配置有问题会出现这个错误，SPARTAN6的MODE腿上拉或者下拉电阻改为0欧姆试试。
