为什么找不到matlab2014a 编译器

我的电脑是xp系统，安装的是matlab2014a，需要编译.h文件，在编译时出现这样情况

我已经下载VC6.0和VS2013_Support_For_Matlab_2013_32bit，但是还是不好使。请求大神帮忙

安装vs2008的同时还要安装sdk6.1；另外安装vs2008时要确保安装其中的“X64 Compilers and Tools”,这个组件在安装时默认是没有被选择的
