如果只是S參數切半，只需要2X Thru就可以。
/ f6 e) g7 l2 G( J$ H2 `. W如果还需要用 the half of 2X Thru 对 整个通道做去嵌处理，当然还需要整个通道的S参数。

对于AICC这个软件，已经把上述的2个功能合并在一起了（the half of 2X Thru 作为该软件产生的中间值，并不会输出来。最终输出的是去嵌后的S参数）。所以你只输入2X Thru 当然会出错。
如果你只是得到S參數切半的话， 可以自己去gitlab 去看源代码，自己编一下。或者使用其他的去嵌工具。
