某韩国品牌瓷片电容容值测试条件！

1、据厂家品质部描述，某韩国大厂贴片瓷片电容容量普遍偏小约30%，将电容全部退了回去！最后在规格书后面备注发现，其电容规格书有测试的条件如下： Q( I& |' e# |2 @& Q

Note1. Initial Measurement For ClassⅡ
