求助————C6670连接仿真器

大家好，我在调试板卡时连不上仿真器，c6670与c6678级联模式，报错如下：

An attempt to scan the JTAG scan-path has failed. The target's JTAG scan-path appears to be broken with a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault. (Emulation package 5.0.681.0)
