    1.有一些是启动到欢迎界面就卡死了,不再进入工作界面. o$ I$ ~- ~5 j
    , w7 B1 O' _8 q) S$ `. x: v1 g8 t
    2.还有一些是进入工作界面又卡死了,无法操作
    + z4 F1 z% ~. z5 r. i$ e6 [, j% T: W! e. z: ~
    这一台有点特殊,任何一步都有可能卡死;其他台都是IMX6读取flash数据时出问题

    常温下没问题吧?   若是温度高引起的就查可能影响地方,  不过根据你上次发问题来看DDR布局阻抗等影响系统稳定性更大,一般IC 40多℃就扛不住几乎很少。

    DDR3的那个已经没问题了,我们在市场买的DDR3芯片有问题,换成供应商提供的原厂的DDR3后,做压力测试能跑528MHz。布局阻抗控制之类的应该没问题,阻抗我们都在PCB工艺里面要求制作了。
