To install the pads Free Viewer:

Before installing the viewer, disable virus shields and screen savers. If your PC is unable to support Java-based installations, change your computer’s language setting to English.
Download the    viewer from http://s3.mentor.com/pads-free-viewer/pads-viewer-1.2.zip    and save it to your hard drive. The file download size is approximately    142 MB.

Use the Extract button to unzip the file. Save the contents to the directory of your choice, being sure to preserve folder names.
Double-click the PADSVX.1.2_Viewer_mib.exe file found in the (unzipped) installation folder.
Enter your Activation Code when prompted. Use Ctrl C to copy the Activation Code and Ctrl V to paste it into the Activation Code dialog box. Once installed, the PADS viewer will run without expiration. You may use it as long as you like." F+ ^' `3 Z9 w* Y8 u
