PSPICE is a circuit simulation program that's used to pro-vide a reasonably detailed analysis of circuits containingactive components such as bipolar transistors, field ef-fect transistors, diodes, and op-amps. PSPICE can alsohelp characterize lumped components like resistors, ca-pacitors and inductors.+ o- x" q& a2 |; }; b

However,when it comes to modeling optoelectronic componentsthe PSPICE program does not possess the capability toevaluate or simulate components with outputs mea-sured in radiometric or photometric units like Watts (w)or Lumens (lm), or other variables like optical intensity,radiant power，irradiance with unit measurements inmW/sr, mW/m2, lumens.
