請問各位大大一個問題,為什麼當輸入到48V時,Q4 VGS(+- 25V),為什麼Q4沒燒毀, D8沒用穩壓二極體,而是用SK5100沒事,不了解,請求開示......

絕對最大額定限制（Absolute Maximum Rating）是以壽命（Life Time）及可靠度（Reliability）當觀點，超過絕對會提早往生。

請問狗大,這樣使用方式還是有風險,故建議換成穩壓二極體(穩在+-25以內是嘛)

. C/ a* ~5 P0 E$ S; D正常设计是稳压管，18V左右。看你这个图也是稳压管，有没有可能是你弄错了，出货的东西贴的就是稳压管？
