是一个开发板控制数码管显示的很小的程序
开发板里边带的教程程序

这应该是由于你的时序分析软件选用了timequest，因此需要sdc约束文件，可以在setting里面将时序分析工具改为quartus默认分析器，或者你再学习一下timequest的使用方法。
