超高频(UHF)小型无源抗金属射频识别RFID天线设计摘要: 设计了一款应用于超高频(UHF)频段的小型无源抗金属射频识别(RFID)电子标签天线。在一端端口封闭式小型微带天线的基础上,基板采用介电常数为22的微波介质陶瓷可以进一步减小天线尺寸,馈电方式为一端通过短路片接地的插入式馈电,通过对辐射贴片另一端加载短路片来实现宽频带。使用HFSS仿真软件进行天线设计,天线尺寸约为32 mm×24 mm×4 mm,置于200 mm×200 mm的金属板上,在860~960 MHz的工作频段内,S11<-15 dB,阻抗匹配极好,MATLAB仿真的读取距离约为7 m。标签天线的整体设计满足小型化、抗金属、宽频带、低成本的设计要求。

Design of a small passive UHF anti-metal label antenna

Abstract: This paper designs a UHF band and small passive anti-metal RFID electronic tag antenna. On the basis of one end port enclosed small micro-strip antenna, the substrate uses dielectric constant in 22 of the microwave dielectric ceramic to further decrease the size of the antenna. Insert-fed is adopted,in which one end grounds through short-circuit patch,and the other end of the radiation patch loads short-circuit patch to redize broadband. Using HFSS simulation software for antenna design, the size of the antenna is about 32 mm×24 mm×4 mm, which is placed on a 200 mm×200 mm metal plate. In the working band of 860~960 MHz, S11 is less than -15 dB, impedance matching is excellent, and the reading distance of the simulation of MATLAB is about 7 m. The overall design of the tag antenna meets the design requirements of miniaturization, anti-metal, broadband, and low cost.
