Is it possible to download the updated Linux versions? Do they have the same features as the Windows versions?

7 U2 j s8 K8 x/ C/ S6 VI see they use MinWin (an emulation of Windows API, similar to winelib, but very expensive), not sure if that's going to be better than using Wine (is it?).
