后仿真求助

小弟用cadence的PCB SI做一个XNET后仿真时，查看波形的时候总是出现错误：

% N0 U, e7 w  x8 J3 m/ F: f我GOOGLE了一下，在那里有个解决方案：
To resolve this issue, edit mcmat.dat, SILICON_NITRIDE,adding the missing value of
"6.0" for DIELECTRIC, as shown below.

2 M: m: t  d2 y# h, ?我但是我的mcmat.dat文件里，设置的DIELECTRIC本来就是6.0.

请问这个问题出在哪里啊  谢谢指教。。。
