Cadence 16.3 安装问题

那位高手能帮我解决这个问题，安装license时出现
Unable to start cadence License Server with the new license file 'd:\Cadence\LicenseManager\license.dat'.'

网上很多说明   按照步骤一步一步下来应该就没问题吧
