画PCB规则设置主要要设置哪些规则?

物理规则包括:线宽、间距、过孔大小与间距、铜皮间距、器件间距等

肯定不能用默认规则啦,低速线关系不大,建议多找找别人的案例看看线宽线距这些规则

There are 2 main rules you have to take care of: Electrical Rules and Routing Rules.; m* k. _  U7 t  t
Most important rule in Electrical rules is Clearance, it means the distance of space between two object. These space depend on voltage level (high voltage level => larger space), PCB manufacture capacity (typical minimum space is 4mils), for high speed interface you have to maintain 3W (3 times trace witdh) or 5W (recommend) to reduce crosstalk.

/ J, W, @9 n. W4 _- IMost important rule in Routing rules is Trace Width, it's mainly depend on current flows in traces. You can use some PCB Toolkit to estimate trace width (I'm using Saturn PCB Toolkit, it's free). Also depend on PCB manufacture capacity (4mils)
& q2 l* F+ u' [9 @* m8 p6 PFor vias, large via => more current flow. I often set Minimum via size is 8mils for hole and 15 mils for Pads.
