PADS铺铜问题

现有个FPC图纸，铺铜老是提示如下问题：

   Drilled pads with                   Nondrilled pads with
less than 50% thermal extensions    less than 50% thermal extensions

Report of Thermal Spokes Generator.

On Bottom:
                                    D2.1 (265.408, 152.64) # = 1
                                    C2.1 (266.869, 152.764) # = 0
                                    C1.1 (267.613, 152.763) # = 0
                                    C5.1 (266.112, 152.756) # = 0
                                    C3.1 (269.981, 155.694) # = 0
                                    C4.1 (270.053, 156.396) # = 1
                                    U1.1 (267.523, 154.543) # = 0
                                    U1.39 (268.223, 155.643) # = 1
                                    D3.1 (270.027, 154.963) # = 1

On Top:
                                    73.1 (269.559, 123.609) # =
PS：设置四个方向都有设置过，求大神解释！
