    voltage detection circuit and delay circuit.

    ZCC2213series IC equips with the following features:' {$ j& Q/ f* f) L$ s
    (1) High Precision Voltage Detection Circuit* l, e/ @' p4 }
     Overcharge detection voltage 4.000~4.500V Precision: ±25mV5 ]$ Y+ d, ^7 \/ w
     Overcharge release voltage 3.800~4.500V Precision: ±35mV
    % G# h5 t# T* s" m2 i" { Standby detection voltage 2.70V Precision: ±15%% Z/ z9 C2 V" K" {: K
     Standby release voltage 2.70V Precision: ±15%
