标题: 无法创建Create Plating Bar

点击Create Plating Bar会提示
(SPMHIS-97): Design does not contain a BGA component. A BGA component is required before creating the plating bar. [help]
不太清楚是不是因为BGA基板封装属性是IC导致的，但是我这边将封装属性改为IO，重新刷新还是IC属性。
求大佬解解惑。
