是用半固化片粘在一起的。比如RO3001、或者Taconic的HT1.5材料。! L" [7 L1 W# _" X' [' n. K& D
缝隙的材料是仍然是半固化片。因为在高温高压下，熔化状态的半固化片被挤进缝隙。
