如果用Rogers5880压制多层板,板之间用什么材料粘在一起?- P0 u& U, x5 t  m
材料是什么属性,介电常数等,如果再中间某层金属板刻缝隙,那缝隙的材料是空气、5880还是其它材料,与缝隙大小有关系吗?非常感谢!% D/ _6 q' X2 u

The dielectric constant and dissipation factor of 3001 film is 2.28 and 0.003. Thermosets, such as FR-4 prepreg can be chosen0 j( m: G) B- v+ Z; ?! d
when electrical properties are less critical.

是用半固化片粘在一起的。比如RO3001、或者Taconic的HT1.5材料。! L" [7 L1 W# _" X' [' n. K& D
缝隙的材料是仍然是半固化片。因为在高温高压下,熔化状态的半固化片被挤进缝隙。
